Background
Mirage Leisure and Development was
founded in 1995 by Dene Murphy who
had the desire to create a development
management company that would
"be judged by the success of the
business we leave behind". Dene
began this legacy during his tenure as
Development Director of Sun
International and Kerzner International,
having directed iconic developments
which include the Lost City at Sun City,
Atlantis in the Bahamas, the Mohegan
Sun in Connecticut and also major redevelopments
of Kerzner International's
Resorts in the Indian Ocean Islands.
We are judged by the success of the business we leave behind
Mirage Leisure and Development

managed and successfully completed

total project value of US$6.43 billion.
Our Senior Management Team has a
wealth of experience, having collectively
been involved in more than 150
