How We Work

At Mirage Leisure and Development we continually strive to deliver the most innovative, exciting and imaginative development projects on time and within budget. Our philosophy lies in building lasting relationships with new and existing clients by continuously delivering developments that exceed their expectations.

Mirage Leisure and Development ordinarily signs a single source consultancy agreement with a client to provide all the management, design and supervision services required for the duration of a project. This arrangement provides the owner with a single point of contact during the development and allows us to effectively control the destiny of the project through the feasibility, design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.

From a project budgeting point of view, we operate an open book policy and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced quantity surveying firm to provide independent quantity surveying and cost control services on the project. Our projects are managed strictly within the agreed budget parameters, established in conjunction with the client, and are executed in a transparent manner acceptable to the demanding scrutiny standards of our clients, their auditors and stakeholders.

Once we are appointed, and depending on the client's preferred method of procurement, we pre-qualify, select and appoint a professional team, various contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers based on their track record and experience on similar projects. We are also able to source a suitable operating company that will ultimately manage the development on behalf of our client.
