of the commercial market conditions,

associated budget are approved by the
client, we apply our creative expertise
and a disciplined development process
to each of the development phases. This
ensures that the project is delivered within
the agreed design, budget and
programme parameters.

If desired, we go a step further to make
sure that we not only hand over a
completed project, but also a fully
operational business unit. While
construction is underway, Mirage
Leisure and Development oversees the
set up and management of this unit to
support the overall project. This includes
important components such as sales and
marketing, legal, facilities management
and corporate finance.
